1. About us
snoozeshire.co.uk ("Snoozeshire") is operated by NWAVE DIGITAL LLC, a company registered in the United States, whose address is 247 S 16th St, Philadelphia, PA 19102, USA. Email: hello@snoozeshire.co.uk. These terms apply to all orders placed through our website by customers in the United Kingdom.
2. Placing an order
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; if so, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you pay and are set out in our Shipping Policy. Payment is taken when you place your order, through the secure payment methods shown at checkout.
4. Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including sizes and materials. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Please check the dimensions against your dog and your space before ordering.
5. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Estimated delivery times for each item are shown on the product page and in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellations and returns
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and you may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Full details, including who pays for return postage and when refunds are made, are in our Refund Policy.
7. Faulty goods
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, please contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires.
8. Using our products
Our products are for everyday pet comfort and to protect your home and car from hair and mess. Please follow the care instructions supplied, check items regularly for wear, and do not leave pets unattended with items they may chew.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights.
10. Your information
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Complaints
If you have a problem, please email hello@snoozeshire.co.uk. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days and to resolve complaints promptly.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the part of the UK where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
