How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £3.99 per order, and free on orders of £40 or more. The delivery charge is shown in your basket before you pay.
How long will my order take?
It depends on where the item is sent from, which is shown on every product page.
UK-stocked items: Ships from our UK warehouse · Handling 1–3 business days + delivery 2–7 business days (total 3–10 business days).
Items shipped from China: Ships from China · Handling 1–3 business days + delivery 7–20 business days (total 8–23 business days).
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Why might my items arrive separately?
If your order includes items sent from different warehouses, they will arrive in separate parcels. You only pay delivery once.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return most items within 30 days of receiving them. Email hello@snoozeshire.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Please use the original packaging where possible. We may deduct from the refund for any loss in value caused by handling the item beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Who pays for return postage?
If you've changed your mind, you pay the return postage. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the cost.
When will I get my refund?
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method.
How can I pay?
You can pay securely at checkout using the payment methods shown there, such as major credit and debit cards. Your card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
Are your prices in pounds?
Yes. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP), and the price you see on the product page is the price in your basket and at checkout, plus any delivery charge shown before you pay.
How do I choose the right size bed or mat?
Measure your dog from nose to base of tail while they're lying stretched out, then add around 15–20 cm. For crate mats and covers, measure the inside of your crate. Every product page lists the item's dimensions.
