Snoozeshire is an online store operated by NWAVE DIGITAL LLC, 247 S 16th St, Philadelphia, PA 19102, USA. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
Delivery charges
- Standard UK delivery: £3.99 per order.
- Free standard UK delivery on orders of £40 or more (after any discounts).
The delivery charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Each product page shows where the item is sent from and how long it usually takes to arrive:
- UK-stocked items: Ships from our UK warehouse · Handling 1–3 business days + delivery 2–7 business days (total 3–10 business days).
- Items shipped from China: Ships from China · Handling 1–3 business days + delivery 7–20 business days (total 8–23 business days).
Handling is the time we need to prepare and dispatch your order; delivery (transit) is the time the carrier takes to bring it to you. The total is counted from the day you place your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. We deliver to all UK postcodes.
Orders with several items
If your order contains items sent from different locations, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You only pay the delivery charge once per order.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we will email you a confirmation, including the carrier and tracking details where available.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please email hello@snoozeshire.co.uk with your order number and we will look into it straight away. If a parcel is confirmed lost we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
